Victor Manuel de Anda Yturbe was born on
May 8, 1936 in Mexico City. Before he became a singer, he worked
as a clown in an aquatic show in Puerto Vallarta. He left this job after an
injury and began singing in a local hotel . The owner of hotel sponsored
Victor's first album which produced his first hit, Confidencias de amor, that
became a favorite on the radio.
